CLASSIFIED INFORMATION NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

AGREEMENT BETWEEN [Name of Individual - Printed or Typed] AND COUNTER CRIME INTELLIGENCE ORGANIZATION (CCIO)

1. Purpose and Definitions
   Intending to be legally bound, I hereby accept the obligations contained in this Agreement in consideration of my being granted access to classified information. As used in this Agreement, "classified information" refers to information classified under the standards established by the CCIO and any other regulations or statutes that prohibit unauthorized disclosure in the interest of security. This includes unclassified information that meets classification standards and is under review for classification status. I understand that by being granted access to classified information, special confidence and trust are placed in me by the CCIO.

2. Security Training
   I acknowledge that I have received security training concerning the nature and protection of classified information, including procedures to determine whether individuals to whom I may disclose this information are authorized to access it, and I understand these procedures.

3. Disclosure Obligations
   I have been informed that unauthorized disclosure, unauthorized retention, or negligent handling of classified information could cause damage or irreparable injury to the CCIO or could be used to the advantage of unauthorized parties. I agree that I will not disclose classified information to anyone unless: (a) I have officially verified that the recipient is authorized by the CCIO to receive it; or (b) I have received prior written authorization from the relevant department or agency within the CCIO that such disclosure is permitted. If I am uncertain about the classification status of information, I am required to confirm with an authorized official that the information is unclassified before disclosing it, except as provided in (a) or (b). I further understand that I am obligated to comply with laws and regulations prohibiting unauthorized disclosure of classified information and any pre-publication review policies.

4. Consequences of Breach
   I have been advised that any breach of this Agreement may result in the termination of any security clearances I hold; removal from any position requiring such clearances; or termination of my employment or other relationships with the CCIO. Unauthorized disclosure of classified information by me may also constitute a violation of applicable laws. I understand that nothing in this Agreement constitutes a waiver by the CCIO of its right to pursue legal action for any statutory violations.

5. Assignment of Royalties
   I assign to the CCIO all royalties, remunerations, and emoluments resulting from any disclosure, publication, or revelation of classified information that is inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement.

6. Enforcement of Agreement
   I understand that the CCIO may seek any available remedy to enforce this Agreement, including applying for a court order to prevent disclosure of information in breach of this Agreement.

7. Ownership of Information
   All classified information to which I have access or may gain access under this Agreement remains the property of the CCIO unless otherwise determined by an authorized official. I agree to return all classified materials in my possession or for which I am responsible: (a) upon request by an authorized representative of the CCIO; (b) upon termination of my employment or other relationship with the CCIO; or (c) upon cessation of my need for access to classified information. Failure to return such materials upon request may be considered a violation of applicable laws.

8. Identification Badge Obligations

   • I agree not to use CCIO identification badges or related information in any unauthorized or harmful manner. In case of loss, misuse, or inappropriate use of the identification badge, I commit to returning it immediately to the CCIO upon request.

   • I also agree to ensure the retrieval of the identification badge if it is no longer needed or if its use is deemed inappropriate according to international laws and regulations.

9. Non-Defamation and Penalties

   • I agree not to make any negative or harmful statements about the CCIO in any form, including media or any other means. In the event of any violation of this obligation, I agree to pay a penalty of one million pounds sterling without resorting to court proceedings or legal action.

   • This penalty is considered liquidated damages for any harm caused by negative statements and is payable directly to the CCIO.

10. Continuing Obligations
    Unless released in writing by an authorized representative of the CCIO, I understand that all conditions and obligations imposed by this Agreement apply during the time I am granted access to classified information and at all times thereafter.

11. Severability
    If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable by a court, all other provisions will remain in full force and effect.

12. Compliance with Other Obligations
    These provisions do not supersede or conflict with existing obligations, rights, or liabilities created by statutes or executive orders related to classified information or whistleblower protections. Definitions, requirements, and obligations established by relevant regulations and statutory provisions are incorporated into this Agreement and are controlling.

13. Compliance with Regulations
    These restrictions are consistent with and do not override or conflict with obligations, rights, or liabilities created by relevant executive orders and statutes. Definitions, requirements, and obligations created by these regulations are incorporated into this Agreement and are controlling.

14. Acknowledgment and Electronic Signature

    • I acknowledge that this Agreement is valid and effective upon electronic signature or when sent via email. Electronic signing or sending by email constitutes an official agreement to all terms and conditions stated in this Agreement.

    • This acknowledgment serves as a commitment and application for membership in the CCIO, subject to international law. By signing, I agree that all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement are binding and enforceable

         Criminal Record Certification

1. I certify that I do not have a criminal record and that I have not been convicted of any crime that would disqualify me from holding a position of trust and responsibility with the CCIO.

2. I agree to provide proof of a clean criminal record if requested by the CCIO. Failure to provide such proof or any subsequent discovery of a criminal record may result in immediate termination of my access to classified information and/or my membership with the CCIO.
