Legal Authority for Protection by the International Court of Justice Ministry

Our organization Counter Crime Intelligence Organization (CCIO) operates under the protection and oversight

of  the International Court of Justice Ministry . Based on international legal principles and cooperation agreements, we ensure the protection of all our members and representatives worldwide.

Legal Foundations:

  • International Agreements: We rely on a range of international agreements that provide legal protection to individuals and organizations working in sensitive areas such as security and crime prevention. These include the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) and the United Nations Convention Against Torture.

  • Legal Support: Our organization benefits from the legal support of the International Court of Justice Ministry, which ensures the safety of our members and their treatment in accordance with international law. We are also committed to complying with all local and international laws governing our work.

  • Judicial Protection: If any of our members face legal or security risks, we have the right to seek legal protection from the International Court of Justice Ministry, which has the authority to intervene and provide support and legal counsel as needed.
