HISTORY OF CCIO

Organizational Overview and Strategic Realignment

Our organization has expanded its international operations by collaborating with a specialized team focused on security research, crime prevention, combating organized crime, and countering intelligence threats. These efforts are conducted under appropriate supervision and in cooperation with relevant security authorities and governmental entities, where applicable.

Historical Context and Leadership

Operations commenced in Milan, Italy, in 2021 under the leadership of Dr. Alexander Jan, Executive Director/CEO of the International Police Organization Academy, together with partners, including members of law enforcement agencies. Over the following three years, the organization participated in various registrations and projects across Europe.

Strategic Relocation to England

As part of our strategic development and to strengthen our international structure and reputation, a decision was made to relocate the organization's headquarters to England. England is now the sole and central headquarters and command center for the organization's domestic and international operations.

Important Notice Regarding Milan, Italy

CCIO does not currently have an office, headquarters, branch, subsidiary, or operational office in Milan, Italy.

The organization's previous activities and arrangements in Milan were discontinued following the strategic relocation of the headquarters to England. The former Italian arrangements are no longer part of CCIO's current organizational structure or operations.

Accordingly, any person, organization, website, document, or representation claiming to operate a current CCIO office in Milan should not be considered an official representation of CCIO unless expressly confirmed by the organization's current headquarters in England.

The decision to discontinue the former Italian structure was made to maintain a clear organizational command structure, protect the organization's reputation, and ensure that its international activities are coordinated from its designated headquarters in England.

Current Status and Objectives

The organization was established with the objective of contributing to efforts against organized crime and intelligence-related threats. Its international structure and operational direction have been developed with consideration of the applicable legal and regulatory frameworks in the jurisdictions in which it operates.

With England now serving as the central headquarters, CCIO is focused on strengthening its international network and developing responsible cooperation with relevant authorities, security agencies, researchers, and community organizations.

Mission and Future Role

Our international connections and professional network continue to develop, enabling CCIO to contribute to:

  • Combating organized crime and related threats

  • Raising awareness within communities

  • Supporting crime-prevention initiatives

  • Promoting international cooperation and information sharing

  • Assisting local, national, and international authorities and security agencies where appropriate and legally permitted
